iTRACK project has been highlighted in  Spring edition of the Crisis Team newsletter from Trilateral Research Ltd. The Crisis Team from Trilateral Research is a project partner in iTRACK and specialise in primary and secondary research surrounding social and ethical issues around crisis and security issues.

When beneficial, the Crisis Team collaborate across with others across the company to collaborate across social sciences and technology development, deriving insights that support data driven innovation. A snapshot of Crisis Team recent activities includes crisis communication and public preparedness to crises, cascading effects in crises, preparedness towards terrorism, standardisation in crisis management, an ethical and privacy impact assessment (E/PIA) of solutions to improve humanitarian protection, the role of technology in human trafficking, data analytics to understand the disaster funding landscape in the UK, and most recently, the gathering of user requirements to develop a social media analysis tool for disaster preparedness and risk reduction. They are also heavily involved in leading and contributing to stakeholder engagement, communication and dissemination activities across their work. Combined, we bring a wealth of expertise from a multidisciplinary team, thereby ensuring the greatest possible impact.
